Using the website services presupposes customer’s agreement with the Terms and Conditions listed below. Please, do not use this website in case you disagree with any of the following policies.
“Website”, “Company”, “We”, Our” stands for Writing-edeavour.com “Product”: means a written documents provided by the Company according to the order instructions specified by the customer. “Customer”, "Client", “You”, “Yours”: stands for a person who places an order with writing-endeavour.com
2. Money Back Guarantee
2.1 The customer agrees to provide full and clear instructions within 2 hours after placing the order. The company is obliged to follow all of the requirements provided by the customer. Sending new instructions after order completion presupposes submitting the extra payment for the number of pages needed to cover the new instructions. A refund request is not considered if the quality claim contains order requirements not specified in the initial instructions.
2.2 A refund request will be considered by the company within 7 days after the product delivery. Refund requests are accepted in written form only, either by email or through customer’s profile on our website. A refund request provided after the expiration of the above stated term will be considered upon company’s discretion.
2.3 If a product is delayed, the price will be recalculated according to a corresponding deadline listed in the price calculator and the difference between the ordered deadline and the actual one will be refunded to the customer.
2.4 All cases when the Customer requests free revision, the writer will need additional time to deliver the product, thus, such case will not ba regarded as lateness and does not fall under Money Back Guarantee.
2.5 Plagiarism Free Policy.
The company provides 100% unique texts; all papers are checked with plagiarism detected software prior to delivery. In case the customer provides sufficient proof that the delivered product contains plagiarism, the company initiates 100% refund on the sale. Standard expressions and quotations arranged according to the selected citation style are not regarded as plagiarism.
2.6 Order Cancellation.
If a customer cancels the order prior to assignment of a freelance writer, an 80% refund will be issued. If the order is cancelled after freelance writer is assigned, the company issues 40% refund.
2.7 All refunds are issued to the same card that the customer used to pay for order
3. Free Revision Policy
Writing-Endeavour.com offers free revision within 14 days upon the orders completion. Free revision can be based on the initially provided instructions only. In case the customer requests revision upon the expiration of 14 days term or/and provided new instructions, the company will request extra fees needed to amend the order. The amount of fees is based on the number of pages needed to cover the new instructions and the deadline indicated by the customer.
4. Product Delivery.
The completed assignment is uploaded to customer’s personal profile on Writing-Endeavour.com and is emailed to the address that the customer indicated while registration. The company will not be liable for any lateness occurred due to the wrong email address indicated or any technical issues caused my customer’s mail server.
5.Privacy and Security
Writing-Endeavour guarantees confidentiality. Any personal customer’s information will not be disclosed to any third parties unless requested by a lawful authority. All papers delivered by writing-endeavour.com can be used for research or/and reference purpose only. The customer is not permitted to submit assignments completed by the company as their own. Writing-Endeavour retains full copyright of the provided product. Any use of academic papers delivered by writing-edeavour.com must be cited accordingly and attributed to our Website.
